***Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the latest cancellation notice date is 21 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be announced by Pcs Tur.
***If, in the tour program, only category information is provided without specifying names and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Pcs Tur 48 hours before the tour departure.
***During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the specified km’s. In such a case, information will be provided by Pcs Tur 15 days before the tour departure date.
*** Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds and coach beds, tour participants are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type for 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid only for one child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group.
***Among the services included in the tour program, breakfasts taken at the hotel are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally presented as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
***The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours arranged for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically from the vehicle with guide narration, excluding museum and archaeological site entrance fees. Pcs Tur is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours when, including other tours specified in the program, they cannot take place on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour due to roads closed by local authorities for visiting or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted.
***Extra tours are organized by the local Pcs Tur we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the sufficient number is not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or extra excursion prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
***Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility on the route. These passengers are dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour starts and picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
*** Pcs Tur is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and special flights, or the times may change before the current trip and flight. Pcs Tur is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip by accepting the risk of schedule changes.

Tour Program
Istanbul Airport – Skopje – Tetovo – Bitola – Resen – Ohrid
Meeting with our valued guests at the international departures terminal of Istanbul Airport at least 3 hours before the flight. Following the ticket, baggage and passport procedures, departure for Skopje at 08:55 on Turkish Airlines’ scheduled flight TK1003. After approximately 1.5 hours of travel, arrival in Skopje at 08:25 local time. Following passport, baggage and customs procedures, we set off towards Ohrid. First, we will visit the city called Tetova by Macedonians and known as Kalkandelen in our history. The world-famous Alaca Mosque and the madrasa within its complex are among the places to be seen here. Then, via Demir Hisar, we arrive in the city of Bitola (Manastır), where during our tour we visit the Turkish Bazaar, Bedesten, Ishak Mosque, New Mosque, the Military High School where Atatürk graduated and the Panoramic Atatürk Museum, where you will experience the most emotional moments of the tour. Afterwards, we depart for Resne. We visit the palace of Niyazi of Resne, who became famous for his contributions during the Turkish-Greek War. Later, we arrive in the city of Ohrid, which takes its name from Lake Ohrid, one of the largest lakes in the Balkans. During our Ohrid bazaar tour, after visiting the Halveti lodge, Ali Pasha Mosque, Hagia Sophia Museum, and St. Naum and Clement squares, we have free time, followed by arrival at the hotel and check-in. Overnight stay and dinner at our hotel.

Ohrid – Tirana
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart from our hotel and head towards Albania. After completing our customs procedures, we arrive in Tirana, the capital of Albania, via Elbasan. During our panoramic Tirana city tour, the Ethem Bey Mosque, Clock Tower, Skanderbeg Statue and Square are among the places to be seen. After the city tour, free time until the time to be determined by our guide. Afterwards, transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay and dinner at our hotel in Tirana.

Tiran – Prizren – Pristina
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Pristina, the capital of Kosovo. Our first stop is Prizren, located along the way. During our tour of Prizren, the 17th-century Turkish Bath, the Sinan Pasha Mosque built in 1615, Prizren Castle, the Orthodox Church, and the Church of Christ the Savior are among the sights to be visited. We then continue toward Pristina. We will spend an emotional day in the former Ottoman lands, where a human tragedy took place very recently. Among the places we will see are the Bazaar, the Bazaar Mosque built by Sultan Bayezid in the 15th century, the clock tower built in the 19th century to remind the public of prayer times, the Sultan Murad Mosque built by Fatih Sultan Mehmed II in 1461, the bathhouse dating from the 19th century, the Yaşar Pasha Mosque, whose construction began in the 16th century and was completed in the 19th century, the 19th-century Ottoman mansion used as the Kosovo Academy of Sciences and Arts, and the Murad Hüdavendigar Tomb. Afterwards, free time. Overnight stay and dinner at our hotel in Pristina.

Pristina – Skopje
After breakfast, we depart from our hotel. We set off for Skopje. Upon arrival, we begin our Skopje city tour. In Skopje, the Turkish bazaar, the Vardar River, the Fortress, the 6th-century Stone Bridge, the Turkish and Jewish quarters, the Davut Pasha Complex, Mustafa Pasha Mosque, Sultan Murat Mosque, Isa Bey Mosque, Çifte Hamam, Sulu Han, Kapan Han, the Clock Tower, Macedonia Square, the old and new railway stations, the government building, the parliament, the 17th-century St. Spas Church, the Mother Teresa Memorial, from where you can see and photograph the panoramic view of Skopje, and Mother Teresa’s House are among the places to be visited. Afterwards, transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay and dinner at our hotel.

After breakfast in the morning, we leave our hotel and depart for Belgrade. Upon arrival, we begin our panoramic Belgrade city tour. During our panoramic Belgrade city tour, Kalemegdan Fortress, the Military Museum, Istanbul Gate, the Clock Tower, the Tomb of Damat Ali Pasha, Zindan Gate, Leopoldov Gate, the Sokollu Mehmed Pasha Fountain, the Monument to Stefan Lazarević, Nebojša Tower, Saborna Church, Republic Square, and Terazije Square are among the places to be seen. At the end of our tour, we check into our hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.

Belgrade – Sarajevo
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Sarajevo. We then take a stroll through Baščaršija, one of Europe’s most exceptional bazaars. We visit Kuršumli Madrasa, which has continued operating since the Ottoman period. We then visit the Gazi Husrev Bey Mosque, named after the relative of Suleiman the Magnificent. During our tour, we see the Clock Tower, the Catholic Cathedral in Sarajevo, the Orthodox Churches, and the Jewish Synagogue. After visiting the Latin Bridge, where World War I began, we pass through the gate through which Fatih Sultan Mehmet entered the city and drink water from the Ottoman Fountain. Finally, we depart upon the completion of our tour at the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart and the Eternal Flame. Afterwards, transfer to our hotel in Sarajevo and check-in. Overnight stay and dinner at our hotel.

Sarajevo – Mostar – Sarajevo
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for Mostar. Upon arriving in Mostar, during our walking tour, we first see the Mostar Bridge. Built in 1557 by the architect Mimar Hayreddin, the bridge is a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture. The bridge was destroyed by Croatian artillery during the war that took place in 1992, but it was reopened in 2004 with major contributions from the Republic of Türkiye. Afterwards, we see the Koska Mehmet Pasha Mosque. Free time thereafter. We then return to our hotel in Sarajevo. Overnight stay and dinner at our hotel in Sarajevo.
