We will meet at Istanbul Airport's International Terminal. After completing check-in and baggage procedures, we will depart for Cape Town aboard a Turkish Airlines flight. Upon arrival, we will board our private vehicle and begin our panoramic city tour of Cape Town. During the tour, we will experience the harmony between past and present in the city center, the vibrant heart of the city, and feel both the traces of history and the lively spirit of the city in the colorful Malay Quarter (Bo-Kaap), renowned for its distinctive houses and cultural heritage. Next, we will be welcomed by Company Gardens, one of the city's most beautiful areas, surrounded by lush greenery and offering a peaceful atmosphere. With its historic buildings, pleasant walking paths, and elegant landscaping, this area also serves as an important center shedding light on the city's colonial era. Throughout the panoramic tour, we will gain insights into the city's architecture, bustling streets, and lifestyle intertwined with nature, providing us with a close-up experience of why Cape Town is considered one of the world's most beautiful cities. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Once settled in our rooms, guests who wish may use their free time to explore the surroundings or simply relax.
After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we will take our Cape of Good Hope tour with lunch. Passing through Bantry Bay, Camps Bay, and Llandudno, we will arrive at the fishing village of Hout Bay. We board a local boat and head toward Duiker Island to see the famous Cape Fur Seals from the boat. After this 45-minute tour, we will spend some time at the local craft market and fish market. Then, passing through Constantia Neck and Ou Kaapse Weg, we come to False Bay. Viewing the picturesque town of Fish Hoek and Kalk Bay, we arrive at the town of Simons Town, the main naval base of South Africa. Here, we see the colony of African Penguins in Hout Bay. After a short journey, we arrive at the Cape of Good Hope, where the two oceans meet, and spend the rest of the afternoon here. After our tour, we return to the hotel and overnight at our hotel.
After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, we will transfer to Cape Town airport with our vehicle. After completing our passport and baggage procedures, we will take our flight from Cape Town – Zimbabwe (VFA-LVI). Upon arrival, we will transfer to our hotel in Zimbabwe. After a short break, we will set off towards the magnificent Zambezi River, which forms the natural border between Zambia and Zimbabwe, accompanied by Africa's enchanting atmosphere. Here, during our pleasant boat tour on the calm waters of the river, we will discover nature's breathtaking beauty and have the opportunity to observe birds and wildlife that may appear along the way. One of the most magical moments of the day, the sunset, will accompany this journey like a painting; the sky, painted in thousands of shades of red and orange over the horizon, will reflect onto the waters of the Zambezi, offering an unforgettable view. At the end of our tour, we will transfer back to our hotel in Zimbabwe.

After breakfast at the hotel, we set off to explore Victoria Falls, which straddles the Zambezi River and forms the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa's most famous natural wonders, these falls are considered the world's largest curtain waterfall, spanning approximately 1.7 kilometers in width and rising 108 meters high. Throughout the day, we will stroll along the walking trails surrounding the falls, offering opportunities to view this magnificent natural phenomenon from various vantage points. Rainbows formed by the mist rising from the falls will provide some of the day's most breathtaking moments. During the tour, detailed information about the falls will be shared, and photo stops will be made at panoramic viewing terraces. In the afternoon, free time will be provided for observing local wildlife and shopping. Visitors will have the chance to purchase local handicrafts and souvenirs. At the end of the day, we return to our hotel to relax and spend the night there.
After breakfast at our hotel in the early morning, we depart and embark on a journey that will take approximately one and a half hours by road to reach the Botswana border. Once passport and border formalities are completed, we proceed directly to our hotel and settle into our rooms. After a short rest, we set off in 4x4 vehicles to begin our land safari in Chobe National Park. We will enjoy a memorable safari experience observing wild animals living freely in their natural habitats. Following this, we have lunch by the river and continue with a river safari. Throughout the safari, we will have the opportunity to get up close and photograph a variety of species unique to the region, including elephants, buffalo, hippos, and crocodiles. At the end of the day, we conclude our tour and return to our hotel in Zimbabwe for an overnight stay.
After breakfast at our hotel, we will transfer to the airport for our flight to Johannesburg. Following baggage and passport procedures, we will board our flight. Upon arrival, we will be transferred to our hotel, after which we will have free time. Overnight stay in Johannesburg.
After breakfast at our hotel, we will embark on a city tour of Johannesburg. The tour will include key areas such as Houghton, Rosebank, Sandton, Westcliff, Mary Fitzgerald Square, and Newtown. Following the tour, we will transfer to Johannesburg Airport. After completing passport and ticket procedures, we will fly to Istanbul on Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight. Overnight in the aircraft.

IMPORTANT WARNING FOR CHILDREN UNDER 18

Great care must be taken in this regard. It is not possible to board the plane with incomplete documents.
As a result of changes made in the relevant laws, effective from 01 June 2015, a birth certificate is required from all visitors under 18 years of age. For Turkish Republic citizens, a Population Registry Sample obtained from the Population Directorates, after being translated by a sworn translator, will replace the birth certificate
NEW IMMIGRATION REGULATION
1. Children traveling with their parents
Requirements:
(i) Parents are required to present birth certificates proving that they are the parents of the child/children traveling with them.
(ii) For adopted children, parents are required to present the adoption certificate proving that they have adopted them.
Explanatory note:
This rule will be applied both to South African citizens and to other foreigners on departure and arrival.
For passengers entering/exiting from countries that do not issue birth certificates, a document obtained from an authorized authority that substitutes for a birth certificate must be presented. All documents presented must be original or a copy certified by a notary or an equivalent authority.
2. Children traveling with only one of their parents
Requirements:
(i) Parents are required to present birth certificates proving that they are the parents of the child/children traveling with them.
(ii) A sworn consent letter from the other non-traveling parent listed on the birth certificate stating that the child may enter and/or exit South Africa with the other parent must be presented.
(iii) A court order transferring all parental rights and responsibilities or legal guardianship must be presented, or
(iv) In the event of the death of one of the parents listed on the birth certificate, the death certificate of the deceased parent must be presented.
(v) In cases where the non-traveling parent does not provide a consent letter, legally divorced couples must also present a court order.
In cases where both parents are deceased and the child is traveling with a relative or another adult relative of the mother/father, the person accompanying the child must have their entry into or exit from the Republic of South Africa with the child approved by the Directorate-General.
Explanatory note:
The consent letter date may be at most 3 months prior to the travel date.
3. Children traveling with adults who are not their biological parents
Requirements:
(i) The adult must present a copy of the child’s birth certificate.
(ii) A consent letter from the child’s parents or legal guardian stating that the relevant person may travel with the child must be presented.
(iii) With copies of the child’s parents’ or legal guardian’s identity document or passport
(iv) The contact information of the child’s parents or legal guardian must be presented.
In cases where both parents are deceased and the child is traveling with a relative or another adult relative of the mother/father, the person accompanying the child must have their entry into or exit from the Republic of South Africa with the child approved by Border Police.
4. Children traveling without any adult
Requirements:
(i) For persons under 18 to travel on entry to and exit from South Africa, the mother and father, or the single parent or legal guardian, must provide a letter or statement.
(ii) If one of the parents is providing this document, they must also submit the court order showing that they have full guardianship rights.
(iii) A letter must be presented containing the place where the child will stay in South Africa and the residential address and contact information of the adult who will receive the child.
(iv) The identity card or valid passport and visa or permanent residence permit copy of the person who will receive the child in South Africa must be presented.
(v) The contact information of the child’s parents or legal guardian must be presented.
5. Children under special care as defined in the 2005 Child Act
Requirements:
Before exiting the Republic of South Africa, a certified copy of the permit issued by the Provincial Social Services Directorate where the child resides, as prescribed in Section 169 of the Child Act, must be presented.
ALCOHOL AND TOBACCO PRODUCTS ALLOWED THROUGH CUSTOMS

In short, there is a limit of 1 piece of luggage and 20 kg per person.
To summarize the rules: 2 suitcases of 10 kilos each count as excess baggage.
A single 30-kilo suitcase for 2 people also counts as excess baggage.
PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT
This trip is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start. A tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the excursions may not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicle used for the optional tour/activity may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, archaeological sites, or venues at the destination and according to weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the stated kilometers.
Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds or coach beds, participants are deemed to have accepted the possible tightness in the room and the bed type in reservations for a 3rd person and/or child.
Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
The breakfasts included in the tour program are served at the hotel in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and are generally offered as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
CURRENCY
The currency of South Africa is the South African Rand (ZAR). You may bring both currencies with you, but USD must have been printed in 2000 or later. Otherwise, exchange offices want to convert the money at a lower rate.
TIME ZONE
It is 1 hour behind Turkey. When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 11:00 in South Africa.
TELEPHONE USE
All mobile phone operators can be used if your phone has international roaming enabled. However, there may be no network in some parts of the country.

We recommend that you bring clothing suitable for the season’s temperatures (coat, sweater, etc.) that you can easily put on and take off.

In South Africa, they have generally created a mixed cuisine culture inspired by Malaysian and European cuisines. Fresh vegetables and fruits are always on their tables.
SHOPPING
In South Africa, which has the world’s largest gold mines and is the country producing the most gold, jewelry is the first product that comes to mind for shopping. In jewelry stores, you can find very beautiful and specially designed jewelry together. Also, in the markets, you can buy statues made by local people, carved wooden products, handmade leather goods, and glass products made by master glassmakers.

Having a valid passport and/or obtaining a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.

On scheduled and special flights, there may be a risk of delay, or times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, excluding museum and archaeological site entrance fees. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be carried out on the day and time corresponding to the tour due to reasons such as local authorities not allowing visits or entry, or roads closed due to any event, and likewise in cases where the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where road closures or vehicle access is not permitted, as far as possible.
