***Our tour program is arranged with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 21 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Pcs Tur.
***When only category information is provided without specifying the name in the tour program and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Pcs Tur 48 hours before the tour departure.
***During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a case, information will be provided by Pcs Tur 15 days before the tour departure date.
*** Triple rooms may be provided depending on the availability of the hotels, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds and coach beds, tour participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible congestion in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid only for one child staying with 2 adults and fitting the relevant age group.
***Breakfasts received at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
***The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and performed panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, lasting no more than 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Pcs Tur is not responsible for the failure of such tours to take place if, including other tours specified in the program, they cannot be carried out on the day and time coinciding with the tour because local authorities do not allow visits or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transportation or on foot at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
***Extra tours are organized by the local Pcs Tur service provider with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for the extra excursions may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
***Extra tours are optional at the participant's discretion and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest stop along the route. These passengers will be left at a rest stop on the way before the extra tour starts and picked up from the point where they were left after the tour is completed.
*** Pcs Tur is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and charter flights, or the times before the current trip and flight may change. Pcs Tur is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip by accepting the risk of time changes.

We meet our valued guests at the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport at least 3 hours before the flight. Following our ticket, baggage and passport procedures, we depart for Tirana at 07:55 on AJET Airlines flight VF367. After arriving in Tirana, the capital of Albania, at 08:40 local time, we complete our passport and baggage procedures and begin our city tour.
During our panoramic Tirana city tour, Skanderbeg Square, Ethem Bey Mosque, the Clock Tower, the National History Museum, the Parliament Building, the Presidential and Prime Minister’s Buildings, the Pyramid Building and the city’s lively streets are among the sights to be seen. Following our tour, during the free time we will provide, guests who wish may spend time in the city center and go shopping.
We then transfer to our hotel and settle into our rooms.
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for Ohrid. Following border crossing procedures, we arrive in Ohrid, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
During our city tour, the Church of Hagia Sophia, St. Panteleymon Church, the Ancient Theatre, Tsar Samuel's Fortress, Çınar Square, the Halveti Tekke, Kuloğlu Mosque, Emin Mahmut Mosque, and the historic streets of Ohrid are among the sights to be seen.
Our guests who wish may join the Ohrid Lake Boat Tour (25 Euros), to be organized as an optional extra by our guide.
Our guests who wish may join the Sveti Naum Tour (30 Euros), to be organized as an optional extra.
In the evening, our guests who wish may join the Balkan Night with dinner (40 Euros), to be organized as an optional extra by our guide.
Overnight at our hotel in Ohrid.
After having breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we depart for Skopje. En route, we stop in the city of Tetovo, known as Kalkandelen in Macedonia. Here, we visit the Alaca Mosque and its complex, one of the most important works from the Ottoman period.
Then, we continue to Skopje. Guests who wish may join the Matka Canyon Tour (25 Euros), which will be organized optionally by our guide.
During our Skopje city tour, the Turkish Bazaar, Stone Bridge, Vardar River, Fortress, Davut Pasha Hamam, Mustafa Pasha Mosque, Sultan Murat Mosque, Isa Bey Mosque, Double Hammam, Kurşunlu Han, Sulu Han, Kapan Han, Clock Tower, Macedonia Square, Mother Teresa Memorial and Mother Teresa Memorial House are among the places to be seen.
Following our tour, transfer to our hotel.
Overnight at our hotel in Skopje.
We depart from our hotel in the early hours of the morning and head to Pristina, the capital of Kosovo.
Following our arrival, during the panoramic city tour, the 19th-century Clock Tower, the Kosovo Museum, the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Complex, the Yaşar Pasha Mosque, and the Tomb of Ottoman Sultan Murad Hüdavendigâr I, who was martyred in the 1389 Battle of Kosovo, will be among the places visited.
Following our city tour, we transfer to Pristina Airport. After completing our baggage and passport procedures, we depart for Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport on AJET Airlines flight VF102. Our tour ends upon our arrival in Istanbul.
