***Our Tour Program is organized subject to a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation cannot be achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 21 days before the tour departure. Pcs Tur will notify participants of any tour canceled due to insufficient participation.
***In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or where there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Pcs Tur 48 hours before the trip departure.
***During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the stated kilometers. In such a case, Pcs Tur will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.
***Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 additional bed. Since the additional beds consist of beds referred to as folding and coach beds, tour participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible lack of space and bed type in rooms for third-person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for one child staying with 2 adults and falling within the applicable age group.
***The breakfasts included among the services in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally as a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, referred to as a continental breakfast, and may be served in a separate room allocated to the group for groups.
***The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, organized for the general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically with a guide’s narration from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site admissions. Pcs Tur shall not be held responsible if panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, cannot be conducted because local authorities do not permit visiting or entering the relevant places on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, because roads are closed due to any event, or when weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, at locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
***Extra tours are organized by the local Pcs Tur company from which we receive services, subject to a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation cannot be achieved, the excursions may not take place, or the extra excursion prices, content, and vehicle to be used may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and archaeological sites at the destinations are open or closed and on weather conditions.
***Extra tours are optional for participants and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility located along the route. These passengers will be left at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the point where they were left after the tour is completed.
*** Pcs Tur acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, or the times may change before the existing trip and flight. Pcs Tur is obliged to notify passengers of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip by accepting the risk of changes in flight times.

Meeting with our valued guests at the international departures terminal of Esenboğa Airport at least 3 hours before the flight. Following ticket, baggage and passport procedures, departure for *** Paris on Ajet Airlines’ *** scheduled flight. Arrival in *** Paris at local time. After passport and ticket procedures, we leave the airport to take our city tour. During our panoramic Paris city tour, the Arc de Triomphe located in Charles de Gaulle Square, the Champs-Élysées featuring famous brands, Place de la Concorde and its obelisk, and the Parliament Building will be among the sights we see beneath the grandeur of the Eiffel Tower. Free time after the tour. In the evening, guests who wish may join the Paris Night Tour to be organized as an optional excursion by your guide (50 Euros). During our tour, where we will witness the views that earned Paris the title of the City of Lights after sunset, our excursion will end with views of La Fayette, home to world-famous brands, the garden featuring the glass pyramid of the Louvre Museum, and the nighttime view of the Eiffel Tower, which transforms into one of Paris’ most beautiful jewels with its illumination, after which we transfer to our hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, free time all day. Guests who wish may join the Paris Masterpieces tour to be organized as an optional extra by your guide (150 Euros). During our full-day tour, after listening to our guide explain the story and history of the construction of the Eiffel Tower, we ascend the tower to enjoy panoramic views of Paris. Following our boat trip on the Seine River, our next stop is Montmartre Hill, Paris’s next highest point, famous for its artists, and the Sacré-Cœur Basilica; afterwards, we proceed toward the Opera district. After shopping opportunities and free time, we transfer to our hotel.
Breakfast: Will be served at the hotel and is included in the price.
Lunch: Will be taken as an extra during the free time provided.
Dinner: Will be taken as an extra.

After breakfast at the hotel, free time all day. Guests who wish may join the Disneyland Tour, which will be organized as an extra by your guide. In our tour covering both Disneyland and Walt Disney Studios parks, you can spend the day in theme parks where guests of all ages can have fun. With nearly 50 activities, you can embark on an adventure train with Indiana Jones. You can meet various Disney characters and take photos. (If there is insufficient participation in our extra tour, guests who wish may join the tour to be determined as an extra by our guide.) At the end of our trip, we will be transferred to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, check out of the rooms. Free time until the time specified by your guide. Then transfer to the airport. After baggage and ticket procedures, depart for Ankara on Ajet Airlines’ *** scheduled flight. Arrival at Esenboğa Airport at *** local time and the end of our tour.
