***Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notice date is 21 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Pcs Tur. ***In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or there are optional hotels for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Pcs Tur 48 hours before the tour departure. ***During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a case, information will be provided by Pcs Tur 15 days before the tour departure date. *** Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and/or coach beds, tour participants are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type in reservations for the 3rd person and/or children. Child discounts apply to a single child who stays with 2 adults and falls within the relevant age group. ***Breakfasts included in the tour program and served at the hotel are offered in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group. ***The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from within the vehicle with guide commentary and not including museum or archaeological site entrances. Pcs Tur is not responsible for the inability to carry out such tours, including other tours specified in the program, if on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour local authorities do not allow visits or entry, or if they cannot take place due to closed roads because of any event, or when the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transport or on foot in places with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not allowed. ***Extra tours are organized by the local Pcs Tur we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the sufficient number is not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the extra excursion prices, content, and vehicle to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions. ***Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers are dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed. *** Pcs Tur is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Delays may occur on scheduled and charter flights, or times may change before the existing trip and flight. Pcs Tur is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of schedule changes.
