***Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 21 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by PCSTUR.
***In cases where only category information is provided without specifying the hotel name in the tour program and/or alternatives are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by PCSTUR 48 hours before the tour departure.
***During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by PCSTUR 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
*** Triple rooms are allocated depending on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and called coach beds, tour participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible congestion in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid only for one child staying with 2 adults and matching the relevant age group.
*** Breakfasts included among the services in the tour program are served at the hotel in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served for groups in a separate hall allocated to the group.
*** The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, and lasting no more than 2-3 hours, excluding museum and historical site entrances. PCSTUR is not responsible if the panoramic tours, including other tours stated in the program, cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour due to roads being closed because of any event, or due to restrictions by local authorities on visiting or entering, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, when possible, at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted.
***Extra tours are organized by the local PCSTUR we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the sufficient number is not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or extra excursion prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
***Extra tours are optional at the participant's discretion and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour starts and picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
*** PCSTUR is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and charter flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. PCSTUR is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of schedule changes.

Tour Program
Antalya - Sarajevo
Meeting with our valued guests at Antalya Airport International Departures terminal at least 3 hours before the flight. Following the ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, departure for *** Sarajevo by the scheduled flight of *** airline. Arrival in *** Sarajevo local time. Following the passport and ticket procedures, we set off for our hotel. Overnight stay and dinner at our hotel.

Sarajevo - Mostar - Počitelj - Medjugorje
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart from our hotel and set off for Mostar. The city of Mostar is one of the most interesting destinations of the tour. The Mostar Bridge, built by Architect Hayruddin in 1557, is a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture. The bridge was destroyed by Croatian artillery during the war in 1992, but it was reopened in 2004 with significant contributions from the Republic of Türkiye. After the Mostar Bridge, we visit the Koski Mehmet Pasha Mosque. We then set off for Počitelj. Continuing onward, we visit Počitelj, known as the Turkish Village and preserved with its historical character, where we see the buildings constructed by the Ottomans in the 16th century. We then check in to our hotel in Medjugorje, where we will stay. Free time and dinner at our hotel. (Accommodation in Medjugorje may be changed to neighboring cities depending on the seasonal occupancy in the region.)

Medjugorje - Kotor - Budva - Shkodër
After our breakfast, we depart from our hotel and enter Montenegro, the pearl of the Adriatic Sea and one of the youngest countries in the world. We then proceed to Kotor, an important historical site, a natural paradise and a tourist attraction. Here, during our walking tour of the Old Town-Fortress, you will get to know this charming town. Our next stop is Budva, one of the most famous holiday destinations in the Balkans, with its magnificent beaches and vibrant nightlife, following the nationalization of an island that was once a settlement for fishermen. During our walking tour here, we will visit Stari Grad (the old city center) and the fortress. Free time to fully enjoy Budva. Afterwards, we will take a break at a viewpoint from where you can enjoy a panoramic view of magnificent St. Stefan, which was sold to a Singaporean multimillionaire and is currently undergoing renovation to be brought back into tourism. Following the break, transfer to our hotel, overnight stay and dinner at our hotel. (Accommodation in Shkodra may vary depending on the seasonal intensity in the region.)

Shkodra - Tirana - Ohrid
After our breakfast, we depart from our hotel by private buses and set off for Ohrid, where we will stay. We proceed to Tirana, the capital of Albania, our first stop, and begin our panoramic Tirana city tour. During our tour, some of the places we will see include the Ethem Bey Mosque, the historic Clock Tower, the National Museum, the Opera and Ballet Building, the Parliament and Prime Ministry Buildings, the Presidential Palace and Skanderbeg Square. We then continue towards Ohrid and, upon arrival, begin our Ohrid city tour. During this tour, we will see panoramically the Church of St. Panteleimon, the most important Byzantine church in Ohrid, the Church of Hagia Sophia, which is still used for concerts today, the Roman-era amphitheater, Tsar Samuel’s Fortress, St. Bogorodica Perivlepta, the 4th-century churches, the Keşanlı Imaret, the Kuloğlu and Emin Mahmut Mosques, Çınar Square and the Ohrid Halveti Lodge. Following our tour here, we arrive at our hotel, where we will stay, and have dinner and spend the night at our hotel.

Ohrid - Resne - Bitola (Manastir) - Skopje
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for Bitola (Monastir). En route, we will have a panoramic view of the palace of Niyazi of Resen, one of the three most famous figures of the Committee of Union and Progress, who became renowned for his contributions during the Turkish-Greek War, and arrive in Bitola. During our city tour of Monastir (Bitola), we will visit the Turkish Bazaar, the Bedesten, Ishakiye Mosque, the New Mosque, and the Military High School where Atatürk graduated, as well as the Atatürk Museum, where you will experience the most emotional moments of the tour. We then depart for Skopje. Upon arrival, we begin our panoramic city tour. Among the places we will see in Skopje, the birthplace of our famous poet Yahya Kemal Beyatlı, are Yahya Pasha Mosque, the Clock Tower, the Turkish Bazaar, Isa Bey Mosque, Mustafa Pasha Mosque, Murat Pasha Mosque, Kapan Han, Sulu Han, Davut Pasha Bathhouse, and the Stone Bridge. We walk along the banks of the Vardar River, taking in views of the Turkish and Jewish quarters located on the opposite side of the river. During this walk, we will see Macedonia Square, the Ottoman Bridge, and Davut Pasha Bathhouse from the outside. We then go to the Turkish Bazaar and begin viewing its historical monuments. We visit Kurşunlu Han, another building we will see, located within the old Turkish Bazaar and dating back to 1550. Of the 17 han buildings constructed in Skopje during the Ottoman period, only 3 remain today. We visit Sulu Han and Kapan Han, built in the second half of the 15th century. Following our visits, free time will be provided for shopping in the Turkish Bazaar. Šuška peppers, Strumica peanuts, and traditional leather sandals are among the items we can purchase. At the end of our tour, we transfer to our hotel and settle into our rooms. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.

Skopje - Belgrade
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Belgrade. Following our arrival, during our panoramic city tour, Kalemegdan Fortress, the Military Museum, Istanbul Gate, the Clock Tower, Damat Ali Pasha’s Tomb, Zindan Gate, Leopoldov Gate, the Sokollu Mehmet Pasha Fountain, the Stefan Lazarevic Monument, Nebojša Tower, Saborna Church, Republic Square, Terazije Square, and Tašmajdan Park are among the places to be seen. After the city tour, transfer to our hotel, room allocation, check-in, overnight stay, and free time. Following our tour, transfer to our hotel; dinner will be at our hotel in Belgrade.

Belgrade - Sarajevo
After breakfast at the hotel, we set off by private bus for Sarajevo. Following our arrival, we begin our panoramic Sarajevo city tour. The places to be seen include Baščaršija, one of Europe’s most exceptional bazaars; Kuršumli Madrasa, which has continued its activities since the Ottoman period; the Gazi Husrev Bey Mosque; the Clock Tower; the Catholic Cathedral; Orthodox Churches; the Jewish Synagogue; the Latin Bridge, where World War I began; and the Fatih Mosque, attributed to Fatih Sultan Mehmet Khan. We will conclude our panoramic city tour at the Eternal Flame. Following the city tour, free time will be provided for rest and lunch. After the free time, we will be transferred to our hotel, where we will spend the night. (Dinner will be served in the concept of a Bosnian night, accompanied by traditional music and dance performances.)

After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we check out of the rooms. We then begin our Sarajevo city tour. Among the places to be seen are the famous Old Bazaar, one of Europe’s most distinguished bazaars; the Gazi Husrev-bey Madrasa, in operation since the Ottoman period; the Gazi Husrev-bey Mosque; the Clock Tower; the Catholic Cathedral; the Orthodox Churches; the Jewish Synagogue; the Latin Bridge, where World War I began; and the Fatih Mosque, attributed to Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror. We conclude our panoramic city tour at the Eternal Flame. After the city tour, there will be free time for rest and lunch. We then transfer to the airport. After completing your baggage and ticket procedures, we depart for Antalya on *** airline’s scheduled flight ***. Upon arrival at Antalya Airport at local time ***, our tour comes to an end.
