NOTES
***Our tour program is operated with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 21 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by PCSTUR.
***In cases where only category information is provided without specifying a name in the tour program and/or there are multiple options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by PCSTUR 48 hours before the tour departure.
***During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the specified km’s. In such a case, information will be provided by PCSTUR 15 days before the tour departure date.
***Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable beds and coach beds, the tour participant is deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid only for one child staying with 2 adults and meeting the relevant age group.
***Breakfasts included among the services in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally offered as a limited menu known as continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
***Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrance fees. PCSTUR is not responsible for the inability to carry out these panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, in cases where, on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, sightseeing or entry is not permitted by local authorities, or the tour cannot take place due to closed roads because of any event, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
***Extra tours are organized by the local PCSTUR we receive service from, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or extra excursion prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
***Extra tours are optional at the participant's discretion and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be left at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour starts and picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
*** PCSTUR is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. On scheduled and special flights, there may be a risk of delay, or the times before the current trip and flight may change. PCSTUR is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of schedule changes.

Tour Program
Izmir Adnan Menderes – Podgorica – Budva
We meet our valued guests at Izmir Adnan Menderes International Departures Terminal at least 3 hours before the flight. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we depart on the SunExpress Airlines flight at 15:55 to Podgorica. We arrive in Podgorica at 16:45 local time. After passport, baggage, and customs procedures, we proceed by our private buses directly to Budva, one of the most famous holiday resorts in the Balkans, known for its magnificent beaches and vibrant nightlife. We transfer to our hotel, and our city tour begins. At the end of the tour, we return to the hotel and overnight at our hotel.
Budva (Tivat – Porto Montenegro – Perast – Kotor)
After breakfast, optional full-day Kotor and Fjords Tour (75 Euros). On this tour, we will see Tivat, Porto Montenegro, Kotor and Perast, and we will also take a boat trip to and from the Island of Our Lady of the Rocks in Perast. We will first depart for Tivat and visit the Porto Montenegro marina, known for its luxurious development. We will then visit Kotor, the touristic and historic city of the region, surrounded by white stones and illuminated by the Mediterranean sun, which has been included on the UNESCO World Natural and Historical Heritage List, as well as Kotor Bay and the historic fortress city. Located in southwestern Montenegro and southern Croatia on the Adriatic coast, Kotor is Europe's largest fjord after Norway and a natural harbor, consisting of four bays connected by narrow straits. The bare mountains surrounding the bay descend steeply to the coast. After the Kotor city tour we will take together, we will visit Perast, the charming baroque town famous for the small islands of Kotor Bay, following the free time provided for your personal sightseeing and activities. In Perast, we will take a pleasant ride by private boat to the Island of “Our Lady of the Rocks,” visit the island and return. Perast is one of the most beautiful places in Montenegro for swimming in the sea; do not forget to bring your swimsuit. After enjoying the sea and sun in Perast, we will return to Budva. Guests who wish may optionally join the Montenegrin Night with live music in the evening. (75 Euros) On this tour, a special dinner with limited drinks accompanied by live music will be served at a beautiful restaurant on the Budva coast in the evening.

Budva (Cetinje – Virpazar – Lake Skadar – Bar – Sveti Stefan)
After breakfast, optional half-day Budva Beaches, Petrovac and Sveti Stefan boat tour (75 euros). On this tour, we begin our journey by boarding our private boat from the Budva coast, taking swimming breaks first at Sveti Nikola (Hawai) Island and then at Sveti Stefan Island. We then continue by boat and arrive at the charming town of Petrovac. We spend approximately 2 hours on the private boat. Petrovac, a small tourist town on the Adriatic coast, is also one of Montenegro’s oldest seaside towns. We enjoy the sea and sun on the beaches of Petrovac. After lunch, which will be taken independently, we leave Petrovac and return overland by private vehicle. On the way back, we see Sveti Stefan from the mainland this time, with its extraordinary scenery. Sveti Stefan, once a settlement inhabited by fishermen, was brought into tourism today through restoration works after the island was nationalized and later sold to a Singaporean hotel chain. In the 15th century, it was a village protected by walls. Sveti Stefan Island, which was a fishing town until the 1950s, was also a popular destination for celebrities such as Sofia Loren, Marilyn Monroe and Liz Taylor during the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s. We take a photo break at a place where we can enjoy a panoramic view of Sveti Stefan and return to Budva.
*** Outside the swimming season (during the spring, autumn and winter), this tour will be conducted without a boat, overland, as the “Budva Beaches, Sveti Stefan, Petrovac and Stari Bar Tour.” Guests who wish may also join the optional afternoon Lake Skadar Boat Tour, Montenegro’s former Royal Capital Cetinje and Dinner at a National Restaurant Tour (140 Euros). On this tour, we will first depart for the charming town of Virpazar, where we will see Lake Skadar. In Virpazar, we will enjoy a pleasant private boat ride in Lake Skadar National Park. You will have the opportunity to sample Montenegro’s famous wines on the boat. It will be a wonderful privilege to see pelicans on the lake, the largest lake in the Balkans and home to around 250 different bird species. After the boat tour on the lake, we will explore Cetinje, Montenegro’s former royal capital. The places we will see during our panoramic tour here include the former Turkish Consulate, the small Cetinje square, King Nikola’s house and the historic Serbian Orthodox monastery. Dinner will be served at one of Montenegro’s famous national and local restaurants, accompanied by the sunset.

Budva (Herceg Novi)
After breakfast, a free day with opportunities for shopping, sightseeing, and enjoying the sea and sun. In the morning, guests who wish may join the optional full-day Herceg Novi, Portonovi, Jumbo Shopping and Lovcen National Park Tour by Cable Car (85 Euros). On this tour, we will first visit the historic city of Herceg Novi, located on the Croatian border and famous for its natural beauty and vegetation, and scented with linden trees. We will explore the “City of Fortresses,” Herceg Novi, on foot. Among the places we will see are Nikola Durković Square, the Clock Tower, Bloody Tower, Belavista Square, St. Archangel Michael Church, Forte Mare Fortress, and the statue of King Tvrtko. After our walk, you can enjoy the sea and sun on the beaches of Herceg Novi. (Do not forget to bring your swimsuit.) We will then see the Portonovi marina, one of Montenegro’s new luxury tourism investments. In the afternoon, on our way back to Budva, we will take an approximately 1.5-hour shopping break at Jumbo Shopping Center. (Jumbo is closed on Sundays.) During the shopping break, guests who wish may take the new cable car up to the Lovcen Mountains and be captivated by the magnificent views of the bays of Kotor, Tivat, Risan, and Herceg Novi from an altitude of approximately 1,316 meters. (An additional 35 Euros will be paid for the transfer to the cable car and the cable car ascent and descent fee.) Overnight at our hotel.

Budva – Mostar & Počitelj – Budva
After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, the rest of the day is free at leisure. Guests who wish may join the Mostar & Počitelj tour organized as an extra by our guide. (150 EUR) On this tour, our first stop is Mostar. One of the most interesting places on the trip, the Mostar Bridge, built in 1557 by Mimar Hayreddin, is a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture. The bridge was destroyed in 1992 by Croatian artillery during the war, but with the great contributions of the Republic of Turkey, it was reopened in 2004. After the Mostar Bridge, we visit the Koski Mehmed Pasha Mosque. We then continue on to visit Počitelj, known as the Turkish Village and preserved with its historical texture, where we see buildings built by the Ottomans in the 16th century. Afterwards, transfer to our hotel in Budva. Overnight at our hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we will check out of the rooms, then have some free time, and at the time determined by our guide, we will head to Podgorica Airport. Upon arrival, we will depart on SunExpress Airlines’ flight at 17:50 for Izmir Airport, arrive at 20:20, and our tour will come to an end.
