NOTES
***Our tour program is operated with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 21 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by PCSTUR.
***In cases where only category information is provided without specifying a name in the tour program and/or there are multiple options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by PCSTUR 48 hours before the tour departure.
***During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the specified km’s. In such a case, information will be provided by PCSTUR 15 days before the tour departure date.
***Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable beds and coach beds, the tour participant is deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid only for one child staying with 2 adults and meeting the relevant age group.
***Breakfasts included among the services in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally offered as a limited menu known as continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
***Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrance fees. PCSTUR is not responsible for the inability to carry out these panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, in cases where, on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, sightseeing or entry is not permitted by local authorities, or the tour cannot take place due to closed roads because of any event, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
***Extra tours are organized by the local PCSTUR we receive service from, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or extra excursion prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
***Extra tours are optional at the participant's discretion and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be left at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour starts and picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
*** PCSTUR is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. On scheduled and special flights, there may be a risk of delay, or the times before the current trip and flight may change. PCSTUR is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of schedule changes.

Tour Program
Antalya – Podgorica – Budva
We will meet our valued guests at Antalya International Departures Terminal at least 3 hours before the flight. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we will depart for Podgorica at 16:55 on a SunExpress Airlines flight. Arrival in Podgorica at 18:10 local time. After passport, baggage, and customs procedures, we will travel by private buses directly to Budva, one of the most famous holiday resorts in the Balkans, known for its magnificent beaches and colorful nightlife. We will check into our hotel and begin our city tour. At the end of the tour, we will return to the hotel and spend the night there.
Budva (Tivat – Porto Montenegro – Perast – Kotor)
After breakfast, optional full-day Kotor and Fjords Tour (75 Euros). On this tour, we will see Tivat, Porto Montenegro, Kotor and Perast, and we will also take a boat trip to and from the Island of Our Lady of the Rocks in Perast. We will first depart for Tivat and visit the Porto Montenegro marina, known for its luxurious development. We will then visit Kotor, the touristic and historic city of the region, surrounded by white stones and illuminated by the Mediterranean sun, which has been included on the UNESCO World Natural and Historical Heritage List, as well as Kotor Bay and the historic fortress city. Located in southwestern Montenegro and southern Croatia on the Adriatic coast, Kotor is Europe's largest fjord after Norway and a natural harbor, consisting of four bays connected by narrow straits. The bare mountains surrounding the bay descend steeply to the coast. After the Kotor city tour we will take together, we will visit Perast, the charming baroque town famous for the small islands of Kotor Bay, following the free time provided for your personal sightseeing and activities. In Perast, we will take a pleasant ride by private boat to the Island of “Our Lady of the Rocks,” visit the island and return. Perast is one of the most beautiful places in Montenegro for swimming in the sea; do not forget to bring your swimsuit. After enjoying the sea and sun in Perast, we will return to Budva. Guests who wish may optionally join the Montenegrin Night with live music in the evening. (75 Euros) On this tour, a special dinner with limited drinks accompanied by live music will be served at a beautiful restaurant on the Budva coast in the evening.

Budva (Cetinje – Virpazar – Lake Skadar - Bar – Sveti Stefan)
We begin this tour by boarding our private boat from the Budva coastline. We first take swimming breaks at Sveti Nikola (Hawai) Island and then at Sveti Stefan Island. Continuing by boat, we arrive at the charming town of Petrovac. We spend approximately 2 hours on the private boat. The small tourist town of Petrovac, located on the Adriatic coast, is also one of Montenegro’s oldest coastal towns. We enjoy the sea and sun on Petrovac’s beaches. After free time for lunch, we leave Petrovac and return by land in a private vehicle. On the way back, we see Sveti Stefan from the mainland this time, with its extraordinary view. Sveti Stefan, which was once a settlement for fishermen and was later nationalized and sold to a Singaporean hotel chain, has been restored and brought into tourism today. In the 15th century, it was a village protected by fortifications. Sveti Stefan Island, which was a fishing town until the 1950s, was also visited at various times during the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s by celebrities such as Sofia Loren, Marilyn Monroe and Liz Taylor. We take a photo break at a location offering a panoramic view of Sveti Stefan and return to Budva.
*** Outside the sea season (during the spring, autumn and winter periods), this tour will be operated without a boat and by land under the name “Budva Beaches, Sveti Stefan, Petrovac and Stari Bar Tour.” Guests who wish may also join the additional Lake Shkodra Boat Tour, Montenegro’s former Royal Capital Cetinje and Dinner at a National Restaurant Tour (140 Euros), which will be organized in the afternoon. On this tour, we will first head to the charming town of Virpazar, where we will see Lake Shkodra. In Virpazar, we will enjoy a pleasant excursion by private boat in Lake Shkodra National Park. You will have the opportunity to taste Montenegro’s famous wines on the boat. It will be a wonderful privilege to see pelicans on the lake, which is the largest lake in the Balkans and home to around 250 different bird species. After the boat tour on the lake, we will explore Cetinje, Montenegro’s former royal capital. Among the places we will see during our panoramic tour here are the former Turkish Consulate, the small Cetinje Square, King Nikola’s house and the historic Serbian Orthodox monastery. Dinner will be served at one of Montenegro’s famous national and local restaurants, accompanied by the sunset.

Budva (Herceg Novi)
After breakfast, a free day with opportunities for shopping, sightseeing, and enjoying the sea and sun. In the morning, guests who wish may join the optional full-day Herceg Novi, Portonovi, Jumbo Shopping and Lovcen National Park Tour by Cable Car (85 Euros). On this tour, we will first visit the historic city of Herceg Novi, located on the Croatian border and famous for its natural beauty and vegetation, and scented with linden trees. We will explore the “City of Fortresses,” Herceg Novi, on foot. Among the places we will see are Nikola Durković Square, the Clock Tower, Bloody Tower, Belavista Square, St. Archangel Michael Church, Forte Mare Fortress, and the statue of King Tvrtko. After our walk, you can enjoy the sea and sun on the beaches of Herceg Novi. (Do not forget to bring your swimsuit.) We will then see the Portonovi marina, one of Montenegro’s new luxury tourism investments. In the afternoon, on our way back to Budva, we will take an approximately 1.5-hour shopping break at Jumbo Shopping Center. (Jumbo is closed on Sundays.) During the shopping break, guests who wish may take the new cable car up to the Lovcen Mountains and be captivated by the magnificent views of the bays of Kotor, Tivat, Risan, and Herceg Novi from an altitude of approximately 1,316 meters. (An additional 35 Euros will be paid for the transfer to the cable car and the cable car ascent and descent fee.) Overnight at our hotel.

Budva – Mostar & Počitelj – Budva
After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, the rest of the day will be free. Guests who wish may join our Mostar & Počitelj tour, which our guide will organize as an extra. (150 EUR) On this tour, our first stop is Mostar. One of the most interesting places in the city of Mostar is the Mostar Bridge, built in 1557 by Mimar Hayreddin, a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture. The bridge was destroyed in 1992 by Croatian artillery during the war, but with major contributions from the Republic of Turkey, it was reopened in 2004. After the Mostar Bridge, we see the Koski Mehmed Pasha Mosque. Then we continue to Počitelj, known as the Turkish Village, which has preserved its historical texture, and visit the buildings constructed by the Ottomans in the 16th century. Afterwards, transfer to our hotel in Budva. Overnight at our hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, we will check out of the rooms, have some free time, and then depart for Podgorica Airport at the time determined by our guide. Upon arrival, we will depart on SunExpress Airlines’ flight to Antalya Airport at 19:10, arriving at 22:05, and our tour will come to an end.
