PARTICIPATION CONDITION 

This trip is organized with a minimum participation of 20 people.  If sufficient participation cannot be achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the start of the tour. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.

For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Required Documents for Visa” list that your agency will forward to you.

In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports should be renewed and, if it is a country that applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

Since our guests under the age of 18 may be asked by the police officer on duty at the country entry-exit points for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents when traveling alone or with only one of their parents, we recommend that our guests under the age of 18 and their parents be sensitive about this issue

HEALTH

There is no vaccination requirement for Turkish citizens entering Egypt. We recommend that you do not drink tap water throughout your trip and only consume bottled water that will be opened by you for the first time.

 EXTRA TOURS & ACTIVITIES             

Extra tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with with a minimum participation of 20 people, and there is no obligation to participate. If sufficient numbers cannot be reached, the tours may not be held, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for extra tours / activities may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and hours of the extra tours / activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, ruins or venues at the places to be visited and according to weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION   

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the specified km.

3-person rooms may be provided depending on the availability of the hotels, and the bed provided for the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding and coach beds, participants are deemed to have accepted the possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations.

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.

Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are offered in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.

CURRENCY    

Egypt's currency is the Egyptian Pound (EGP).

It is useful to have USD (EUR) and US Dollar (USD) with you.

TIME ZONE     

There is a -1 hour time difference between Turkey and Egypt. When it is 12.00 in Turkey, it is 11.00 in Egypt.

TELEPHONE USE    

It can be used if your mobile phone line is open to international calls (roaming).

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS    

When entering mosques and churches in the country, shorts, skirts, clothing that leaves the shoulders exposed, and body-hugging clothes should be avoided. We recommend that women bring a thin shawl or scarf with them. Also, if you have a hat or sunglasses, you should not use them while inside places of worship. Both men and women are required to remove their shoes when entering a mosque.

Egypt is full of fish restaurants and fish markets, like many seaside countries.

IMPORTANT NOTES           

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for a destination/passport requiring a visa) does not necessarily mean that entry into the country will be permitted. The passport police have the authority to refuse entry to the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.

The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or hours may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay field tax and field services fee

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, excluding museum and archaeological site entrances. The agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, if they are not realized on the day and time of the tour due to places not being allowed to be visited or entered by local authorities or due to closed roads because of any event, or when it becomes impossible to carry out the tour due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot, where possible, at points where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.
