***Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation for the tour is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 21 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by PCSTUR.
***In cases where, in the tour program, only category information is provided without specifying the name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by PCSTUR 48 hours before the tour departure.
***During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km. In such a case, information will be provided by PCSTUR 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
***Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds and coach beds, tour participants are deemed to have accepted the cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for only one child, within the relevant age group, staying with 2 adults.
***Breakfasts taken at the hotel, which are among the services included in the tour program, are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
***The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, conducted panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrances. PCSTUR is not responsible if the panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour because local authorities do not allow visits or entry, or due to closed roads caused by any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, at points where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
***Extra tours are organized by the local PCSTUR service provider with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not met, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for extra excursions may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites in the destinations and weather conditions.
***Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest stop along the route. These passengers are dropped off at a roadside rest stop before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same point after the tour is completed.
***PCSTUR is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and private flights, or times may change before the current excursion and flight. PCSTUR is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the tour accepting the risk of schedule changes.

Meeting with our valued guests at the international departures terminal of Istanbul Airport at least 3 hours before the flight. Following ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, departure to Tivat at 07:25 on Turkish Airlines’ scheduled flight TK 1095. Arrival in Tivat at 08:15 local time. After completing our passport procedures, we set off towards Budva. In Budva, one of the most famous holiday destinations in the Balkans with its magnificent beaches and vibrant nightlife, we will take a walking tour after arrival, visiting Stari Grad (the old city center) and the fortress. Afterwards, transfer to and check-in at our hotel. Guests who wish may enjoy Budva’s nightlife at its many beautiful restaurants and entertainment venues. Overnight at our hotel.

After breakfast, an optional full-day Kotor and Fjords Tour (75 Euros). On this tour, we will see Tivat, Porto Montenegro, Kotor and Perast, and we will also take a boat trip to and from the island of Our Lady of the Rocks in Perast. We will first depart for Tivat and visit the Porto Montenegro marina, known for its luxurious development. Afterwards, we will tour Kotor, the region’s touristic and historic city, surrounded by white stones and illuminated by the Mediterranean sun, which is included on the UNESCO World Natural and Historical Heritage List, as well as the Bay of Kotor and its historic fortified city. Located in southwestern Montenegro and southern Croatia, on the Adriatic coast, Kotor is Europe’s largest fjord after Norway and a natural harbor consisting of four bays connected by narrow straits. The bare mountains surrounding the bay descend steeply toward the coast. After the Kotor city tour we will take together, you will have free time for personal sightseeing and activities, followed by a visit to Perast, a charming Baroque town famous for the small islands of the Bay of Kotor. In Perast, we will take a pleasant private boat ride to the island of “Our Lady of the Rocks,” visit the island and return. Perast is one of the most beautiful places in Montenegro for swimming in the sea; do not forget to bring your swimsuit. We will enjoy the sea and sun in Perast before returning to Budva. Guests who wish may optionally join the Montenegro Night with live music in the evening. (75 Euros) On this tour, a special dinner accompanied by live music and limited drinks will be served at a beautiful restaurant on the Budva coast.
Menu: starter plate with cheese and dried meat, Shopska salad, grilled sea bass served with potatoes and spinach sauce, dessert, 1 local rakija and 1 soft drink (wine/beer/cola, etc.).

Following breakfast, we begin our half-day Budva Beaches, Petrovac and Sveti Stefan boat tour as an extra (75 Euros) by boarding our private boat from the Budva coast. We first take swimming breaks at Sveti Nikola (Hawai) Island and then at Sveti Stefan Island. Continuing our journey by boat, we arrive at the charming town of Petrovac. We spend approximately 2 hours on the private boat. A small tourist town on the Adriatic coast, Petrovac is also one of Montenegro’s oldest seaside towns. We enjoy the sea and sun on the beaches of Petrovac. After lunch, which will be taken freely, we leave Petrovac and return by land in a private vehicle. On the way back, we see Sveti Stefan from land this time, with its extraordinary scenery. Sveti Stefan, which was once a settlement for fishermen many years ago and was later nationalized and sold to a Singaporean hotel chain, has been restored and brought into tourism today; it was a village protected by walls in the 15th century. Sveti Stefan Island, which was a fishing town until the 1950s, was also frequented for a period in the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s by celebrities such as Sofia Loren, Marilyn Monroe and Liz Taylor. We take a photo break at a place where we can enjoy a panoramic view of Sveti Stefan and return to Budva.
*** Outside the sea season (during the spring, autumn and winter periods), this tour will be conducted without a boat and by land as the “Budva Beaches, Sveti Stefan, Petrovac and Stari Bar Tour.” Guests who wish may also join the extra Lake Shkodra Boat Tour, Montenegro’s former royal capital Cetinje and Dinner at a National Restaurant Tour (110 Euros), which will be organized in the afternoon. On this tour, we will first travel to the charming town of Virpazar, where we will see Lake Shkodra. In Virpazar, we will take a pleasant private boat trip in Lake Shkodra National Park. You will have the chance to taste Montenegro’s famous wines on the boat. It will be a wonderful privilege to see pelicans on the lake, which is the largest lake in the Balkans and is home to around 250 different species of birds. After the boat tour on the lake, we will explore Cetinje, Montenegro’s former royal capital. Among the places we will see on our panoramic tour here are the former Turkish Consulate, the small Cetinje square, King Nikola’s house and the historic Serbian Orthodox monastery. Dinner will be served at a famous national and local restaurant in Montenegro, accompanied by the sunset.
Menu: Seasonal salad, cheese platter, meat platter (beef) with boiled potatoes in sauce, and 1 large glass of local wine.
With this meal, we will have the chance to experience Montenegro’s local cheeses, meat and wines.
Guests who do not eat meat may change their main course to meatballs or chicken, provided that they inform us one day in advance. Overnight at our hotel.

After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, check out of the rooms. Free time until the time specified by your guide. Then transfer to the airport. After your baggage and ticket procedures, depart for Istanbul on the Turkish Airlines scheduled flight number *** at 18:25. Arrival at Istanbul Airport at 21:15 local time, and the end of our tour.
